Noe Garcia is a Brussels-based animation artist working across music videos, festival trailers, television title sequences, and 2D compositing. After studying fine arts at the Beaux-Arts de Montpellier, he specialized in animation filmmaking at La Cambre in Brussels. His graduation film, (Unusual Sunset), allowed him to explore a wide range of traditional and digital techniques. His stories move between dreams and nightmares, blending the worlds of childhood and adulthood, with sound playing an essential role in his audiovisual work.
