Polo, a young raccoon, moves into accommodation above the hospital where his mother works, but all he wants is to return home. His outlook begins to change when he meets Juliette, a young fox who lives at the hospital because she has a toad in her heart. As an unexpected friendship blossoms between them, Polo begins to reconsider the unfamiliar place, and what it might mean to feel at home.
