Saeed Mayahy was born in 1991 in Bushehr, Iran. He is a distinguished film director who graduated from Bushehr Film School in 2013. He has directed five animations and documentaries, all of which have received acclaim at numerous Academy Award-qualifying festivals worldwide. Mayahy’s work is notable for its exploration of societal boundaries, the contrasts between private and public life, and the intricate interplay of individual identity amidst these conflicting forces.
