In a village in Upper Egypt called Bikaria, a young man is facing a crisis in achieving his dream of becoming a drummer, challenging both his illness and the customs of his village that reject any unfamiliar sound.

Mohamed Malek is a film and advertising director. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in architecture in 2020 then studied filmmaking and specialized in film directing. He later founded Midpoint Films, through which he produced and directed a collection of short films that won numerous local and international awards, in addition to participating in the short corner Cannes International Film Festival. He then joined the Egyptian Syndicate of Cinematic Professions and later shifted to directing commercials.
