The Thief of Time
In this playful short film, a child’s plan for a quick break turns into a time-traveling adventure when they realize hours have vanished while playing. Facing parental frustration over their lack of progress, the child becomes convinced that a sneaky time thief has stolen their precious minutes. Determined to get their time back, the child embarks on a whimsical quest to reclaim what’s been lost.

Yu-Chen Tai was born in 2011, is an enthusiastic and creative member of the “Distracted” production team at the Public Television Service Foundation’s film camp for children. Yu-Chen has already made a mark with the team on their project, The Thief of Time. Known for a sharp sense of humor and a distinctive laugh, Yu-Chen enjoys watching films and reading comics.
