Miss Moxy, a pampered Domestic cat, gets lost during a family holiday and must find her way back home across Southern Europe. Forced to rely on the most unlikely companions—a goofy dog and a wise old bird—she embarks on a wild adventure. Along the way, Miss Moxy overcomes her fears, challenges her own pride, and slowly discovers that friendship can be found in the most unexpected places, transforming her view of the world forever.

Vincent Bal is a Belgian who gained early acclaim with his shorts Aan Zee and The Bloody Olive (winner of 20+ international awards), and his feature debut Man van Staal premiered at the Berlin Kinderfilmfest. He later directed the box-office hit Minoes (2001), The Zigzag Kid (2012), and Belgian Rhapsody (2014). He also co-created the animated series Kika & Bob and recently directed Miss Moxy (2025).
Wip Vernooij is a Dutch animation director, storyboard artist, and animator working across 2D and 3D. After earning his BA at HKU and training in London, he debuted with Moshi Monsters: The Movie (2013), then directed 2 Tiny Toddlers: An Unforgettable Day (2022). He has worked on Dr. Panda, Wellie Wishers, Fox & Hare, and Maari, and most recently co-directed the 3D animated feature Miss Moxy (2025).
