Title:The Ocean Duck

As a historic tale comes to life, a granddaughter visits her elderly and sick grandmother in a hospital throughout a flood, bringing back warm and loving memories of the past that spill over into magical visions in the present. “The Ocean Duck” is a graphic representation of how mythology and magical realism might aid in the attainment of a transcendent experience. It combines the splendor of old poems and illuminated manuscripts with a contemporary story about a young woman and her grandma.
