Payment for tickets shall take place at the cinema reception upon your arrival. 4. If the school appears without any prior booking, students will not be seated. 5. If the school is late more than 15 minutes, the booking will be cancelled automatically. 6. If you would like to change any of your booking details, kindly contact us at least 24 hours before. 7. Chaperones must attend the screening with the students. 8. Please note that we require at least 1 chaperone for every group of 15 students. 9. The festival team is not responsible for the loss of any student. 10.
