  • 1. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your booking time.
  • 2. Please arrange for the cinema snacks orders of your students to be prior to the screening time.
  • 3. Payment for tickets shall take place at the cinema reception upon your arrival.
  • 4. If the school appears without any prior booking, students will not be seated.
  • 5. If the school is late more than 15 minutes, the booking will be cancelled automatically.
  • 6. If you would like to change any of your booking details, kindly contact us at least 24 hours before.
  • 7. Chaperones must attend the screening with the students.
  • 8. Please note that we require at least 1 chaperone for every group of 15 students.
  • 9. The festival team is not responsible for the loss of any student.
  • 10. Kindly note that there are no refunds expected.
  • 1. يجب الإلتزام بالحضور 30 دقيقة قبل موعد العرض.
  • 2. يتوجب تنظيم شراءالوجبات الخفيفة للراغبين من الطلاب والمشرفين قبل موعد العرض.
  • 3. يتم الدفع لتذاكر الدخول عند الوصول لدى مكتب الاستقبال في سينما فوكس.
  • 4. في حال تأخر المدرسة لمدة 15 دقيقة أو أكثر، سيتم إلغاء الحجز تلقائياً.
  • 5. في حال الحضور دون حجز مسبق لن يسمح بدخول المدرسة للعرض.
  • 6. في حال رغبتكم بتغيير تفاصيل الحجز يرجى التواصل معنا مسبقاً
  • 7. يجب على المشرفين الإلتزام بحضور العرض مع الطلاب حيث أن إدارة المهرجان لا تتحمل المسؤولية .
  • 8. يجب الإلتزام بتحديد مشرف واحد على الأقل لكل 15 طالب.
  • 9. إدارة المهرجان غير مسؤولة عن فقدان الطلبة أو الممتلكات الخاصة.
  • 10. المبلغ المدفوع لا يسترد ولايستبدل.
